ANNA MAGNANI | BIOGRAPHY: Anna Magnani was born on March 7, 1908 in the city of Rome, in Italy from his mother Marina Magnani while his father is unknown who he was. In fact, after Anna is born she is entrusted to her grandmother. In the course of her life, however, this splendid Italian actress managed to get to know her father and therefore to know her name which was Pietro Del Duce. In reality, a meeting with her father never took place because she herself preferred only to know her name but not meet him. Anna spent her childhood in Rome in a house with her grandmother and some aunts but also with an uncle named Romano. Anna she attended a college of French nuns but for a few months. After her she began studying the piano she attended the Conservatory of Santa Cecilia. Meanwhile, her mother had moved to Egypt and got married. The relationship between mother and Anna was never happy and perhaps for this reason the future actress decided to abandon music to devote herself to acting.
